Class A Commercial office in the heart of the Energy Corridor in Houston, TX.  The project was awarded a LEED Core and Shell Gold award from the U.S. Green Building Council.  Three Eldridge was 100% leased by BP Ltd. at Substantial Completion of the project in 2009.  Trivium Advisors was the development manager of the project from inception through substantial completion and lease up tenant improvements.
