The project is a new ground up project that involved demolition of the existing adjacent Volvo dealership, selective demolition of the existing Lexus dealership while concurrent reconstruction of the new facility occurred. Westside Lexus consists of a four level parking garage, an air conditioned service shop and office, enclosed service drive,  two-story showroom, sales and administration, parts department  and separate car wash structure.  As part of the overall project, the existing Service Center approximately 2 blocks away was also renovated to become the new Collision Center.  Trivium Advisors was the development manager and responsible for coordination of the various scopes of work in conjunction with the General Contractor.  

Westside Lexus won the Houston Business Journal’s “Landmark Award” for the Top Retail development in Houston for 2020.

Northside Lexus

The project is a new “greenfield” ground up development completed in 2020. The site (21.42 AC) is located approximately six miles north of the existing Northside Lexus dealership just north of the I-45 and Loop 99 intersection.
